Great Grandma passed away over the weekend.
She loved to crochet, but always told me she couldn't sew a straight line. The only garment she ever made was for Chris' mother when she was pregnant. She thought the baby belly would distract everyone's eyes away from her crooked seams.

She was such a lovely woman. I will always have the fuzzy blue hat she knitted for AJ when he was a baby. He wore it home from the hospital when he was first born. But was so miraculously stretchy that he wore it for several years afterwards. Our condolences to you and your family. We've been thinking about her and all of you today.
